Westerplatte, a narrow peninsula framing the Bay of Gdańsk, was the scene of one of the first battles of World War II in Europe.

50 Years Ago Spring Hill College published a new magazine entitled “Spring Hill Today.” Mother Marguerite Marie, Superior of the Little Sisters of the Poor, left Mobile for a new assignment in Phoenix.  She was succeeded as superior by Sister Margaret Mary.
