Several years ago I read an article by a survivor of a World War II Nazi concentration camp. One of the things she stated has stayed with me. She said that, among other things, the concentration camp taught her that evil often looks very normal.

Only a few months after it was announced that Heart of Mary Catholic School in downtown Mobile would close and not reopen for the 2022-23 school year, national and local Heart of Mary alumni have offered to take responsibility of the school and keep it open.
